All of our meat products are cut and prepared by hand by our team of Master Butchers in the historic Smithfield Meat Market in the heart of London, then delivered fresh, straight to your door on a day that suits you!
The Gressingham Duck is a cross between the succulent Peking duck and the flavoursome Wild Mallard. Our ducks are all bred, hatched and reared on Red Tractor assured farms across East Anglia where their welfare is paramount.
Slow cook the duck legs for flavoursome, tender meat that falls from the bone.

Storage
Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. Once opened, cook within 24 hours and do not exceed use by date. For use by date see front of pack.
Suitable for freezing
If freezing, freeze as soon after purchase as possible and within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost thoroughly in the bottom of a refrigerator and cook within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
